Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate ideation sessions and design sprints
- Develop and refine user personas and user journeys
- Understand complex workflow processes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Communicate design decisions clearly and confidently
- Proactively identify product and UX improvements
Requirements:
- Middle to senior level experience in Product Design
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product development
- Experienced in running design sprints
- Deep knowledge of user flow and persona development
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working onsite in Bandung
