Porsee used to be using paper for cooking instruction on each box delivered. While they tried to lowered the waste number, using paper and plastics on each box is only making it worse. While mobile apps is still under development they need a platform to cover the main point of the business which is cooking.

Product Background

Porsee app will help you ease your cooking process by preparing and portioning your groceries. This process will eliminate a majority of cooking time and food waste. Food waste from household are one of the biggest contributor on food loss and waste. They will help you determine your cooking menu, buy your groceries, and prepare them for you all in one app.

Proposed Solutions

Make a website that could be easily access by user, every menu will have a QR code directing to each cooking instruction on the website. This process will cut users time on searching the correct cooking instruction. Easy to navigate UI/UX with straight forward feature that will not confuse users.

Menu card includes menu status and badges. User will be able to spot which menu are in the rotation, new, and best seller.

Instruction will be included in every menu with details including picture. User will be notice on what they have to prepare before cooking and also tools they need.

What’s next?

Track the user activity with tools such as Google Analytics to look for another improvements.

While this product has not been tested yet. Usability testing will be great to look for any flaws.
